Lotus restaurant is the latest Thai dining development in NYC’ Brooklyn, introduced by Chai Chunton - chef and restaurant veteran who has more then 20 years of expertise in the Thai gastronomy in Thailand, Colorado, and New York City. The Space has contemporary, casual vibrant atmosphere with a sleek¸ retro industrial chic design, yet very warm and inviting.  Lotus features authentic Thai dishes made from fresh ingredients to highlight the wonderful flavors of classic Thai, exploring the exotics flavors and the tantalizing blend of hot, sour, bitter, sweet, and salty to create a stimulating sensual evocative adventure. Restaurant was designed by team of designers from Thailand.

The private room features the masterpiece painting done by Pairoj Pichetmetakul “ Pok” and Kittisak Chontong “ Va “. Their work has been showcased at galleries and exhibitions throughout Thailand, including his first solo show “Mind & Culture” at ArtGorillas Bangkok ArtGallery , and the Exhibition of Contemporary Art in Bangkok.

Both Artists have been recently introduced to New York art lovers at Siamese Connections art expo at Dumbo Art Center in May 2010. Come over for the Thai journey !
